Issue Resolution Service (Web Component)

Issue Resolution Service (IRS) web component is hosted by Bentley Raceway and Cable Management to provide the latest IRS capabilities to users for optimized collaboration on projects.

Issue Resolution Service is a cloud-based service that intends to identify and resolve issues during a project's life cycle. This service focuses on enabling collaboration and coordination between work in the field and in the office.

IRS web component hosted by Bentley Raceway and Cable Management is independent of the Bentley Raceway and Cable Management version and will provide the latest workflows for managing issues. It will comply with the Issue Resolution Service on cloud to include the latest changes and advancements for better alignment with iTwin Services.

For any ProjectWise Project, you can view and manage existing issues in Bentley Raceway and Cable Management. You can also create new issues.

Note: To use IRS in Bentley Raceway and Cable Management, you will have to assign a ProjectWise Project to your WorkSet.

With the Issue Resolution Service web component, you can achieve the following:

Create Issues related to your ProjectWise Project.
View Issues and related information from the ProjectWise portal for your project.
Manage details, comments, attachments, documents associated with an Issue.
